Champagne tasting

Last week we tasted together 9 samples of sparkling wines from Champagne from the producers Colin and Vincent d'Astree. We started the tasting 1594 Chardonnay from Domaine de la Citadelle and then followed by a tasting of wines from Champagne, in which everyone found their favorite.
